Treatment Approach
Dr. Amit grades gynecomastia and tailors the surgical approach accordingly. Grade I-II: Liposuction combined with gland excision through a small periareolar incision. Grade III-IV: May require skin excision in addition to liposuction and gland removal for patients with significant excess skin.
