Who Needs a Breast Lift?
Ideal candidates include women whose breasts have lost shape or volume after pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuations, or ageing. Common indicators are nipples that point downward or fall below the breast crease, stretched areolas, and one breast that sits lower than the other.
Techniques
Depending on the degree of ptosis (sagging), Dr. Amit may use a periareolar lift (minimal sagging), vertical/lollipop lift (moderate sagging), or anchor/inverted-T lift (significant sagging). A breast lift can be combined with augmentation for added volume or reduction for a smaller, lifted result.
